2 playoff appearances after many ugly seasons to the average fan I think is success to them. The fact of winning the Division however they got to doing that still does counts for something too. But Colangelo has not been perfect and if his name was Joe Smith would already be facing heat.

Success that BC has brought? To whom? A .500 ballclub is far from a success, in my opinion. Nor is a division champion that was fortunate to play against a lot of hurt opponents at opportune times 2 seasons ago.

If it is about Basketball or the Raptors it is never really off topic:

1. Raptors and Spain are trying to settle their legal issues over Garbo which is good news.

2. More to your question, There is a very structured and careful approach being taken to his re-hablitation. Colangelo commented on this and In Raptors Core (Which you can Find on right on Main Page) Mark has a little bit on Garbo. So the answer is I guess careful optomism at this point.

I personally do not have that feeling. I thought Garbo was great prior to his injury but I always felt he was JUST athletic enough to be effective in the NBA. Post injury you have to think he can not be as athletic and that becomes a huge issue for him as a player in this league. I don’t want to be right about this but I fear I will be. He is hoping I am wrong on this but I would be suprised to see Garbo play a big role in Raptors Future.
